Carburetters and linkages are totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages are blown clear with high pressure air. Pistons and bores are polished and mounting surfaces trued. Bypass valves rebuilt and adjusted. New needle valves installed, and float levels set. New throttle shaft seals or bushings installed. New gaskets, diaphragms and o-rings installed. Standard metering needles installed. Seal replaced in damper tubes to prevent oil loss where applicable. Temperature compensators disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Chokes are disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt then vacuum tested and adjusted. Includes new mounting gasket set. Synchronization and final adjustments to be performed by buyer.
