Z scale scratch built DOWNTOWN JAZZ CLUB - building, structure

Description

Welcome to Gray Brothers. All of our original pieces are signed and dated. This new offering, an old downtown jazz club from the 1940s was scratch built from weathered basswood and styrene. The well weathered diorama consists of a two story brick building with a wooden side appendage and an asphalt parking lot. The diorama measures 2 3/8" by 2 3/8" by 2 1/4" high to the top of the roof. Details include:
handcut doors and windows with glass
asphalt roof with chimney & vent on the main building, wood slat roof with a stovepipe on the side building
signs on all sides
handmade awning on the front of the building
handpainted Z girl in front waiting for her friends
asphalt parking lot  with designated parking places
the buildings sit on a styrene sidewalk
the two handpainted vehicles are included but separate, put them where you want them
