Vtg 1960's Ideal Tammy Doll Clone PATTY DUKE? by Horsman + Clothes Lot!

I have never had one of these dolls before and after referencing her I believe she is a Patty Duke doll from the 1960's who have a very similar size/body to the Ideal Tammy doll's of the same era.  Please feel free to contact me with any information you may have on this stunning girl and I will be happy to update/revise this listing as appropriate.
She has rooted hair with a small bobby pin at each side, blue left side glancing eyes and is jointed at the head, arms and legs with her legs being a stiffer plastic like the original Tammy dolls (not meant to bend) with a like torso and softer vinyl arms.  She is marked at the back of her head HORSMAN DOLLS with what looks like underneath this 0012-7 (very hard for me to read it so may be wrong).  Her body does not appear to be marked.  I believe she is in nice pre-loved vintage condition with just a very small amount of wear/soiling from normal age/play/storage with no damage or bad odors I could find to note.
She will arrive with the 3 outfits pictured which all seem to fit lovely as seen.  No tags and so may have originally belonged to her, a like-sized friend or be mommy made.  The white patterned dress with the blue straps has 2 working snap closures at the back and appears to be nice and clean with just a small amount of fraying at one of the shoulder straps which I've tried to picture (nicely camouflaged when on or can be fixed by the new owner if they wish).  The heart patterned dress is adorable and also in very nice clean condition with 2 small decorative beads at the top center of the bodice and 2 working snaps at the back of the dress.  The jacket dress set has the most opportunities but still adorable in my opinion.  The dress has small trim around the top with silver metallic accents in the trim (may be hard to see and 2 button/hole closures down the back of the bodice (holes seem slightly stretched but fit the doll snuggly and nicely in that the dress will not tend to fall down). seems slightly dingy but I only found one spot of discoloration at the back at the bottom of the skirted piece.  The jacket is so fun with lining that matches the dress.  This shows some light random soiling (some nicely covered with the center front opening folding over) but, again, I think it is precious.
