What appears to be stainless steel silver tone metal with 2 red rubber bottle opening inserts measures about 5 inches long by 2 inches diameter.  The front of the pourer has a red & gold foil manufacturing label and additional manufacturing markings are on the underside of the top knob.  There is an air hole on the top of the knob for fluid release.  Pourer comes with original box.  Printing on the front of box reads:  "I measure one jigger at a time, then I pour...keep me tipped if you want more.  Use me on your rum, bourbon, gin and scotch.  For them I'm tops."
