Vintage 1960'American Character Tressy
She has pretty facial color, I think the hair was meant to grown as there is a button on her belly as well as the back. I do not have the key. . She's made of plastic material. Hair could be possibly cut or trimmed. She's stamped behind her head. minor play marks on her arms from age. Arms and legs are very tight and not swingy which is great! No dents on her breasts. I
