Vintage Ceramic? Bottle Stopper with Cork
Shows Smiling Nikita Khrushchev (1894 - 1971), USSR
Satin Finish = Smoother than Bisque
Can't guarantee it's ceramic, but it's my best guess

Very good vintage condition
Cork is firm and undamaged; fits perfectly in bottle of vodka
Three tiny spots where finish lost (lip, cheek, and temple)
