The problem:  The front lower shock bushings destroys itself and the bushing are only part of the original shock with no replacement.
The solution:  Northern Shock Supply offers a repair kit to get you back up to speed.
Qty 1, stainless steel sleeve
Qty 1, Delrin bushing
Qty 2, Delrin spacers
To install remove the main pivot bolt. You most likely will have to have the suspension removed for this but now is the time for new hyfax and to check everything over (there are upwards of 13 bearings alone). Emery cloth or equivalent the shock eyelet as it will be rusty.  Apply low-temp grease. Reassemble - your shock is now happy !
