Promotional poster handbill for the March 2, 1979 appearance of The Mumps with Lance Loud at the Hot Club in Philadelphia.
The Hot Club served Philly with the best of Punk, New Wave and emerging Grunge bands during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Bands like the Dead Boys, the Cramps, B-52s, Elvis Costello, Madness, Devo, the Cure, the Autistics, Ultravox! with John Foxx, Iggy Pop, the Plasmatics, the Bloodless Pharoahs (with Bryan Setzer), the BenWah Torpedos, Lena Lovich, Wreckless Eric, the Talking Heads, Richard Hell, Magazine, Gang of Four, the Mumps and Alex Chilton.
Original vintage condition, 8.5 x 11 inches, some fading and paper ripples can be present. Preserved for the last 41 years by the original poster artist (me).
