Maceo Parker's James Brown band original, vintage performing suit circa 1970

Maceo Parker, the great American alto saxophonist, toured and recorded with James Brown, the Godfather of Soul. Mr. Parker played with the James Brown Band and then the J.B.s in the 60s, the 70s and the 80s.
Mr. Parker played with George Clinton and Parliament in 1975 and later with Prince in 2007 and 2011.
This is an original James Brown Band performing suit worn by Mr. Parker, probably circa 1970, in excellent condition with no holes but with minor foxing on the bottoms of each leg and the tails. Signed in person and p
urchased directly from Danny Ray (James Brown's cape man, personal valet, announcer, and band, stage and apparel manager) at his home, guaranteeing this outfit's provenance.
