My ED-704 Electrical Silicone Rubber is non-toxic, non-corrosive, solvent-free, room temperature curing organic silicone rubber that features superior electric insulation properties, and allows for fine positioning and strong adhesion for your bonding applications. Its designed applications include electrical insulating, bonding, and sealing do to its moisture-proof (
water proof
) properties, shock resistance, electrical components mounting stabilizer.
This electrical silicone is easily the best value when compared with prices from Dupont, and Dow Corning as its manufactured in an
ISO9001 facility
to my chemistry specs.

Applications include: Insulating connections where heatshrink tubing is not practical saving time, and or the requirement of component disassembly. Reinforcing circuit board mounted components from shock, and moisture. Sealing of electrical enclosures from element exposure. General applications where a strong insulating bond is required. Circuit board, and electrical component insulation/ moisture proofing coating simply apply to back, and or front side, and allow to dry.
Dry time is 5-30 minutes depending on amount of product used for your particular application. Optimal dry time for product is 2 hours for most applications. Make sure parts are properly cleaned of oils before application.
